These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of stockmyhome.com (the “Service”), operated by Stock My Home LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“StockMyHome,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

StockMyHome tracks retail prices on household products and notifies you of price changes. The Service is free. We are not a retailer — purchases happen on third-party retailer sites under their terms.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 to use the Service and provide accurate information. You are responsible for your password and all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service (including scraping, reselling data, or automated bulk access).

3. Pricing Data — No Guarantee

Prices shown are collected from retailer sites and third-party sources and may be outdated, incomplete, or wrong. Retailers change prices constantly. Always confirm the price on the retailer’s site before purchasing. We are not responsible for purchase decisions made in reliance on our data, missed deals, or alerts that fail to deliver.

4. Affiliate Relationships

Links to retailers are affiliate links. We earn commissions on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you. See our Affiliate Disclosure. Affiliate relationships do not affect which prices we display.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, content, database structure, and the StockMyHome name and logo, is owned by Stock My Home LLC. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Retailer names and trademarks belong to their respective owners; their use here does not imply endorsement.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT PRICE DATA WILL BE ACCURATE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STOCK MY HOME LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Stock My Home LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time without liability.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced by email or site notice.
